Dr. Isakov is truly a phenomenal individual. He’s extremely thorough and listens without interruption. He’s kindhearted and extremely intelligent. He was very present and ensured any questions or concerns presented to him were addressed in detail. I wouldn’t go to anywhere else and would recommend him to anyone. He’s fantastic!
She was amazing! She answers all my questions, no matter how small or stupid it was. She even engaged me and talked about the book I was reading to get me to feel comfortable (it was Harry Potter).
Dr. Halpern is a great doctor. She's extremely thorough and doesn't make you feel rushed during the appointment. I did have to wait a few minutes every time I visited the office, but it wasn't excessive. If you have any problems with migraines there's really no one to see besides Dr. Halpern. Highly recommend.
The wait time to see the doctor was fine but needed some testing. Waited over an hour for the technician to show up. After an hour she still wasn't there so I left. I will live with the pain. So very unhappy, what a waste.
After a few scheduling missteps (my bad) we had two successful appointments that revealed actionable information for my Veterans' Disability claim.

Doctor was great and listened to my questions & answered them.
Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.
His support staff was awesome, even though they had scheduled the wrong date for my appointment. The fact that I had several tests there helped alot.
