Modern and clean practice. I went in for the yearly check up but he made sure to ask if I had any other concerns. He, like many other women mentioned here, he focused on my weight which to be fair I should lose weight. Honestly I think he cares about his patients and he just wants to encourage women to live healthier lives. So long as my insurance covers this doctor I'll continue going with him.
TERRIBLE first time experience. Wait time here is ridiculous. I am not exaggerating. I read the reviews prior to my visit BUT even then had HOPED that I wouldn't have to wait long being that I was going straight after work all the way from uptown Manhattan on the west side and was already exhausted. I scheduled my appointment for 8p through Zocdoc. I always call to confirm, come to find out they changed my appointment for 7:40pm because they close at 8pm (Lack of communication/professionalism). I walked into clinic at 7:29pm, was NOT CHECKED IN till 2 hrs and 18 mins later, and that was because I HAD to ask when will she process my insurance. Waited in waiting area for 2hrs and 48 mins before the doctor saw me who only SPEND 8 mins in room with me... I understand this clinic is busy, BUT really, should work on time management and have MORE than ONE receptionist at front desk. Repeatedly sayin "We are sorry for wait" and a smile, won't cut it. Very unhappy with my visit, for I got home very late for a 8 min visit.
Sandra Luz Curet-Rivera,
The doctor was very nice but I felt a bit like she was pressed with time. She gave me my results for my ultrasound in the hallway of the office as I was leaving and just said “your ultrasound is okay.” I was relieved she didn’t have to explain anymore than that but I felt it was a bit too brief. I guess you can call it efficiency and some people may like it but I was hoping for a bit more of an explanation since it was my first time seeing her. I got taken to the sewing room right after I got to the office but the intervals between the nurse leaving and doctor coming or intervals between having ultra sound and seeing doctor was kind of long. It took me 1h to finish everything which I guess isn’t that bad but I felt like most of it was waiting time.
