Ms. Berhanu was great. It was my first time at the clinic and I was satisfied with the service I got from Ms. Berhanu, the nurse, and the front desk. However, the two employees who was at the lab was unfriendly. The nurse told me to stick my neck and talk to the employees in the lab about my lab test to get assistance, when I arrived at the door I stood there tried to get the attention of the employees at the lab, none of them paid attention to me. One of the employee was with a patient but the other one was on the computer. I sat down for few minutes and got up again and stood by the door because I didn't know what to do and I didn't want to sit on the chair unnoticed and stay there for awhile. I wanted to make sure that they know I am to there to get a lab test. The employee who was with the patient rudely told me to sit down, after the patient left they told me to come in. They didn't greet me when I went inside the room. They kept on talking while i was taking of my coat. The employee that was on the computer insisted to take my lab test. She stood by me and asked me were I put the lab test paper rudely and told me how she is suppose to know my examination if she doesn't have the paper. I told her that I didn't know and that it was my first time at the clinic. I did have the paper quite for some time before I put it in purse, since they didn't ask I thought that they didn't need it or had some other way of looking at the examination order. The employee who took my test then introduced herself after I mentioned that it was my first time. I finished the exam and left the room unwelcomed. I don't usually write reviews because I think that reviews affect employees job, but then changes won't come until we took about the problem we face. I amn't quite sure why I got an welcoming service in the room but surely I don't ever want to feel this way when I go to hospital to feel better. I believe this profession needs extra professionalism and sincerity and I hope this review makes change.
