The service was excellent, the front desk took my insurance and my ID and in no time I was ready to see the doctor, the pre test was super fast. My appointment took no more than 1 hour from time I came in and left.
Before going with Dr. Chynn, I did extensive research ranging from lasik to prk and in different locations (I'm from VA), however at the end of the day, I still chose to get the procedure done here. Amongst Dr. Chynn's credentials and experience, there were also several reasons that steered me back. One of the most important was the safeness of the procedure-- I already have dry eyes and severe halos, I don't need anymore, and this procedure would completely eliminate them. In addition, to take care of my dry eye situation, I came in for punctual plugs (which didnt do much for me), but then again for them to cauterize my lower tear ducts. All of this was easy and (almost) painless, but most importantly, they took initiative to take care of my problems before the procedure. Another perk is that their finance guy, Tarek, will work with you to find ways to reduce the cost if necessary! I'm scheduled for my procedure in the next couple weeks! Wish me luck! This was my first time with Dr.Nadelson and I loved her! What a nice and sweet doctor! She was so calming and answered all my questions and gave me the best tips on how to deal with my stye. I also work in a outpatient clinic and have to say this was the smoothest and easiest appointment I ever had. Everyone was so nice, this includes the front desk receptionist and the nurse. Definitely recommend and will come back if I ever have any other eye issues.
I think he's great. I just wish that they didn't make me go get the glasses prescription from a separate person.
Dr. Potapova was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a thorough exam and addressed all of my concerns. Office was clean and beautiful.
Dr. Geller is great. I had a lot going on more than just my eye and she went above and beyond to make sure I was treated properly and ensured urgency in the matter. She is timely and communicative and treated me more than just a patient but someone she truly cared about.
I’m highly anxious about eye exams and Dr Soltanpour patiently talked me through the exam so that I was comfortable and relaxed-ish. The front desk staff was really pleasant and accommodating too.
This is my second time in 3 years seeing Dr. Ari. I quite like him. He addressed my concerns in a thoughtful manner and he's super pleasant to talk to. I am near sighted, don't wear glasses but I can't see that well from a distance and I was concerned that if I don't start wearing them soon, it will get worse (I am 38). I can drive perfectly and can read the signs as I am driving so no real need for glasses right away. It was a super quick visit because I don't have any major issues but he explained everything so well. I went in the afternoon and was taken in right away.
Dr Auerbach is great. Smart, efficient and his receptionist is very sweet and friendly too.

An amazing visit. Very clean sleek office, prompt service and professional receptionist. Wait time felt non existent as compared to most practices the most 5 minutes. The staff is diverse, professional and knowledgeable. Various diagnostics done one first and second visit. Modern EMR technology used , and the doctor was very sweet, understanding with great bedside manners. Great explanation and did great with treatment plan overview. She answered any questions and self scheduled me. The other provider in the office Dr Asoma is just as presentable, knowledgeable as she is. I feel like so far so great I’m in good hands .

I arrived for my appointment, which was scheduled through ZocDoc, and was surprised that the Doctor was not in at the time I scheduled. There was a miscommunication between ZocDoc & the office. The front desk was very kind and apologetic and rescheduled me at my earliest convenience. When I returned for my appointment the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I waited 10-15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Pilavas was professional and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made my visit concise.
Came for a contact prescription update. While she did it and did it well, she spent most of the appointment trying to pressure me into getting corrective surgery. Overall, fine for someone I need to see once a year.
He has all the most modern technology and yet wasn't above using the basic methods to double check when he was investigating something for me.
