Outstanding experience! I have had issues in other doctors' offices over insurance, but not here. I arrived for my appointment and was given an iPad to provide the typical information. A few minutes later a lovely, knowledgeable staff member reviewed the details of my insurance with me explaining my deductible, copay and co-insurance. I was blown away with the level of transparency in this office. Although I know it is my responsibility to understand the details of my own medical insurance, I really appreciated the lengths to which Dr. Muller's staff went to to avoid any negative surprises.
