Seemed like too many appointments he tried to fit in. Was waiting 30 minutes for an 11:15 appointment. Staff felt rushed, and quality suffered. Case in point, nobody bothered to offer me a wet tissue to wipe the blue/green dye from around my eyes, even after I had the optomistist take my pupil measurements, so I walked out with what looked like a bunch of food coloring around my eyes. Seems like poor decision making/culture from the top, which is trickling down into compramisrd quality of care. Love Dr Gilbert, but some things need to change.
