Dr. Namrata was incredibly friendly, approachable and most of all (for me at least) incredibly, INCREDIBLY, patient with me. For instance: (when getting a prescription from her for eyeglasses) there were numerous times where I was presented with some letters to read - through varying sets of lenses. Sometimes, to me, the difference between one set and the other was BARELY perceptible and instead of just picking one to get over it - I'd just sit there hovering with uncertainty between them --just unable to pick. But Dr. Namrata, whenever she sensed that, just waited for me - multiple times - without missing a beat. The whole time I was mulling over whether or not I had just destroyed her afternoon by visiting her office and proceeding to waste her time (by failing miserably to pick the clearer image) - NOT ONCE did she show ANY hint of exasperation or annoyance. If I couldn't pick, she'd just go over it again. Butter. Smooth. I appreciate her patience and I attention to detail. I never felt rushed. After the end of the tests and once she was done looking into my eyes, she sat down and took the time to talk about what she'd seen and what it meant in terms of my eyes/eyeglasses which I also appreciated. Simply put my visit was really just a view into how passionate people do things the things that they love.
