I had a really good experience here, contrary to all the negative reviews on yelp and other places no one "nickel-ed and dimed" me. I was treated very respectfully by all of the staff and Dr. Budner was very thorough in his exam. He found something no other eye doctor has found in the past. The glasses selection was big and they did have a range in prices, I had to get two different pairs because of my Rx and I was fine with that now i can be versatile with my style. The women who helped pick them out was amazing! I do believe I will be coming back hopefully more regularly as I am horrible about annual appointments.
It was my first visit and I must say that I was impressed. The decor is very elegant and the staff are professional and extremely friendly. The only thing I'd like to warn new patients is that parking is crazy! Not only do you have to use the coin machines to pay but parking is very limited because of the other shops within the center. Overall, it was a great experience and not only would I recommend but I'll definitely be going back myself.
Dr. Obi was friendly & professional. The front office staff for the eyeglasses shop were very accommodating and friendly- I was running late to my appointment and they and informed Dr. Obi, and were understanding.
I had a very positive experience at Dr. Luckie's 16th St office. Her staff is great (shoutout to EJ). I was nervous as it was my first eye exam in easily 5 years, but everything was explained well. Highly recommend!
