Good overall. I was there at 8.10am and left an hour later, x-ray and general form filling included. I had a knee issue, so he got x-rays and he showed me the issue and recommended a course of action.

Dr Sugarman was great, seemed knowledgeable and had nice manners. The girl at the reception instead wanted to send me for an X-ray as soon as I got there, before I even spoke to the doctor. I had a problem to my muscle and an X-ray would have been completely useless, so I refused, but she wanted to convince me to take it and when I asked why she didn’t really have an explanation. That was very bad, likely the visit with the doctor was great!
My visit was fantastic. I had little to no wait time for X-Rays and the actual visit. Dr Zacchilli was very knowledgable and extremely pleasant.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Ashraf after searching for a local orthopedist who would accept my insurance and see me quickly. The office conveniently imported my info from Zocdoc, so I only had a couple forms to sign when I arrived. The office seemed to be very busy with several patients, but they were organized. Unfortunately, I had to wait about an hour despite arriving early with an appointment; however, Dr. Ashraf acknowledged that and apologized as soon as I saw him. He listened to my concerns without rushing or interrupting and performed what seemed to be a basic exam of my injured area, still listening to my personal observations. He stated next steps that included some follow-up tests I'd have to get on my own, as well as prescription medication, but he did seem to be a bit rushed in explaining things at that point. He did give me the opportunity to ask questions as he was leaving the exam room. Most of his staff was very friendly and professional. I'm just surprised they didn't provide any summary of the visit in writing, which is something I always get from my primary physician or any other specialist. Everything was just verbal. Further, the facilities they referred me for the diagnostic tests did not accept my insurance, but I'm not sure they would know that. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Ashraf. The office is clean and modern. He is an active listener, and the staff is pleasant. His recommendation for a specific physical therapist is excellent. I have a follow-up with Dr. Ashraf coming up, and I hope that visit will also be a positive experience.
Dr. Schell is the best. I’ve been going to him for years and he even performed my shoulder surgery. Simple a great surgeon, great bedside manner, always spends time with you and provides thorough evaluations and explanations . I’ve sent others others to him and they have had great experiences and outcomes. Don’t hesitate. He’s as good as they come.

The doctor was great. The staff was not as personable and the X-ray technician took 40 minutes to do a few simple X-rays. However, the facility was clean and very well kept.
