Told me I either had two choices, CT scan or Advil for three weeks, then come back, didn’t find my pain serious and made me feel stupid for having the pain in that area, because I’m too young.
He was very clear in his explanation of my problem and how he would treat it. I thought of more questions after I left that I should have asked him. I felt a little rushed.
Dr. Schiffman was a kind, professional, highly-skilled orthopaedic surgeon who recommended conservative treatments before surgery decisions.
Dr. Saper and his team of residents were outstanding. I had been without health insurance for a while, so I forgot how great it is to see a top of the line doctor. Dr. Saper was extremely knowledgeable about the knee pain I had been experiencing; and he even suspected that I'd have an off reaction anethesia based on me being ginger (I've had doctors look at me like I'm crazy when I bring this up). He and his team of residents took the time to listen to me and I'm really excited to continue my healing journey in his hands. Aside from just being great doctors, bedside manner was excellent; I felt very comfortable. Highly highly recommend this practice.
Let me start by saying my parents have seen Dr. Levi at both of his locations and I have been with both of them at the time of their visit. I booked my mom's appt thru Zoc Doc last year at his St. Elizabeth office, I got a confirmation from Zoc Doc saying my appt was all set up, I made arrangements at work for the time off only to get a call the day before that my appointment had to be changed, because the time I chose was not available. To say the least this was very inconvenient but the young lady said there was nothing she could do except give me a later time. In the end my mom was very happy with her treatment which is why we decided to take my dad to him, I wasn't sure about booking thru Zoc Doc considering what happened last time, but I decided to give it a try since it is so convenient. I had to schedule at his north side office this time, chose the day and time I wanted, filled out his demos and ins info and got a confirmation 30 mins later that my appt was all set. This time there was no phone call the day before to change my appt just a call confirming it. There was a little bit of a wait the morning of his appt to get called back, and the doctor seemed a little rushed (it looked very busy), but overall my parents were very pleased with the outcome of the appointment the MA's were very sweet and helpful, always with a smile on their face. And while Dr. Levi seemed rushed, He answered all of our questions. We were seeking conservative treatment for my dad since his docs wont clear him to have surgery yet, and he was very helpful and understanding. It's nice to find a surgeon who is willing to help and listen to your concerns and not just lose interest when you tell them you are not looking to have surgery just yet. I work in the medical field and personally know many ortho's, I don;t know Dr. Levi personally, but he treated my parents with respect and dignity, they are not fluent in English so when they come out of a doctor's office feeling confident and informed I know the doctor and staff went the extra mile to help and inform them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Levi to my family and friends.
Combines professionalism, concern knowledge with pleasant demeanor. Highly recommended!
Doctor was very helpful and we were very pleased with him.
I have never felt more comfortable and grateful for a dr like Elias. I look fwd to a healthy future with him and his staff.
I don't understand the Zocdoc when Loyola has it's own system. Confusing. Another system to keep track of passwords, etc!
Great communication in explaining the problem with my ankle. Answered all my questions. Didn’t feel rushed at all.
I am pleased with the current path forward. My first visit with Dr. Ghanayem was excellent in the following ways: he was very professional but not stuffy, he was engaged and answered my questions clearly, I did not feel rushed or hurried in any way, and at the moment I am comfortable moving forward with Dr. Ghanayem. I am hopeful future visits will provide further answers and a path forward for treatment.
Outstanding experience, professional, everyone was friendly and helpful. I left with a much better understanding of my problem and confident Dr Salazar and his team would provide the best possible care.
He was great, told me what my promble was and what it will take to solve the problem with my shoulder . He was very professional.
Dr Evans is the best orthopedic doctor and I trust him with my muscular issues. He is very thorough.
Even though Dr Cohen was not the right specialist for my particular issue. He made recommendations, referrals and explanations that helped!
Only in a few minutes. But resident was thorough and got info he needed.
Dr. Karen Wu was very professional and understanding .I wish I have had time to complete the my treatment and follow up with her . I strongly recommend her
