Dr Hatch's office was extremely efficient. There was almost no waiting, even though it was my first visit. I was able to fill out my intake forms as time allowed while I was taken to a waiting room and x rayed. When I met the doctor, he was very clear about my options and his recommendations. What I Liked most was that all the members oi his staff listened to what I had to say and my choices and how I felt on radiation and other medications. It was not "Doctors Orders" But "Doctors Suggestions" to his decisions on how to treat the challenges that I am having. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedures and gave me the choice on how I wanted to proceed. Should all Doctors be like him. …read more

The average wait times with an appointment seem too long to accommodate my schedule, unfortunately (Over a half hour for my first visit, and for my second, after 50 minutes I was told it would be another 15 minutes, and I needed to leave).
