Dr. Murray states the facts and give you the options for treatment, letting you be a part of the decision making about your best treatment. I had sent a note that I had another doctor's appointment scheduled following this one and it was very important that my appointment was timely. I arrived 30 minutes early and had barely signed in when they called me back. I had seen Dr. Murray, received treatment and way on my way 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They went out of their way to make things work for me! …read more

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY. I scheduled a appoitment through zoc doc for 8:45am. They open at 8am but no one came until 9am, the doctor showed up first. He said his front desk got into a car accident which i understand things come up. I waited in the waiting room until 10:15am, finally the front desk guy came to verify my insurance, i paid my copay and the lady took me to back, she was very sweet! She asked what was wrong i explained she left and i waited for about another 45min for the doctor to show. He came in and just seemed out of it. He wanted to get a MRI done and he said someone will call me to schedule and they scheduled me back for a follow up. The guy for MRI (DAN) never called me. I kept calling the office a few times so they can get a hold of them or at least so i can cancel my appoitment since i didn't have a MRI done so no need to go back, BUT NO BODY EVER ANSWERS! OMG I CALL ALL THE TIME AND IT ALWAYS GO TO VOICEMAIL. THIS OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM. THE DOCTOR IS GOOD AND KNOWS HIS STUFF HE SEEMS LIKE IT. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS HORRIBLE. PLEASE BEAWARE WHEN GOING AND DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY WAITING AROUND. …read more

Going to visit a doctor and his office for the first time is like a box of chocolates. You never know the reception of the staff and the visit. Patient's wait for an appointment to get the medical relief the seek. In the middle of patient and physician is the business of insurance. All considering Dr. Ugwonali gave me a professional mindset you seldom see in today's physician. He was kind to my wife and I. His staff was way above average professional. I knew my status and my physician's standpoint on how to correct my ailing shoulders. What blew my mind is he was patient in explaining what was happening with my shoulders from top to bottom. I was very pleased with my choice and his approach toward getting me to healthy. A BREATH OF FRESH AIR IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION. I traveled from Huntsville Alabama praying I could find a physician who understood this pain can make you a monster. Dr. Ugwonali has put me on course to eliminate the pain monster.
