She was great! Awesome bedside manner, she explained to my son what was going on using a visual aid, answered all of our questions and laid out a clear and timely follow-up plan. Highly recommend!

This appointment was rescheduled to the following week, because their system did not have me on the schedule when I booked through ZocDoc the first time. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the wait was over 30 minutes and the office was running behind schedule. The staff was fantastic, though. Dr. Katz is very professional and cordial, and definitely an expert in his field. The staff was also very nice.

I had a tricky injury and he took the time to make sure he truly understood what was going on. He was very attentive and patient and had an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend! His staff at the front desk were also all really nice! Plus his office has free parking... in Queens!

The doctor was lovely. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I was not fond of her staff, as they kept me waiting for over an hour and did not tell me that she was in an unexpected procedure.
