Everyone has had times in their life when they feel lost, overwhelmed or confused. My job as a therapist is to help my clients overcome these obstacles in order
to become their best selves. I have seen the therapeutic process help countless people become happier, more productive and more fulfilled. With a specialization in trauma treatment, I have extensive experience helping people with depression, anxiety, grief, post traumatic stress, and personal and relationship conflicts.
I work with children, adolescents and adults, incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness and meditation into my practice, collaborating with my clients and/or their family to make the treatment as effective and satisfying as possible. I offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals (including children and adolescents) and families for short-term or long-term treatment.
