Self care is a science. The way you eat and maintain your wellbeing informs your body’s ability to think, act, and feel. I offer individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching to address the multi-layered facets of health and wellness. Together, we’ll take a holistic look at the biological, physiological, and psychological components of your nutrition and lifestyle in order to help you build a better mind/body relationship. Diet is personal. Whether you're looking to streamline your hectic life, feel more energized, or find balance, together we set priorities in order to create an individualized plan that fosters self care through nutrition, fitness and lifestyle behaviors. As a non-diet dietitian, my approach to nutrition is realistic, straight forward, and based in a food first philosophy. I offer hands on nutrition coaching that focuses on instilling healthy practices for real life.
