My approach to psychotherapy is to work towards understanding your current struggles in relation to your family and relationship history and social environments, with a focus on helping you build skills to manage your current difficulties. My area of expertise is in helping adults improve their quality of life with either a time-limited, goal-oriented approach or in a more explorative manner to help people gain a deeper understanding of themselves. During your first visit we will talk about your current struggles and goals you would like to accomplish during our work together. My office is located in midtown Manhattan and is easily accessible by public transportation. I offer daytime and evening hours.
