My main focus is to connect with you mindfully, and by practicing this, help you connect more deeply with yourself, see things in yourself you may not have before, and know yourself better. This allows us to work together toward healing past injuries or patterns, and also create new patterns of thoughts and behaviors, which can improve mood, lessen anxiety, and increase motivation. As you go through this process, you may feel more integrated, and be more authentically yourself.
