My focus is on working with patients who recognize their own agency and impact in their health and well-being, and to support their growth in wellness. We may
utilize medications, psychotherapy, and integrative treatment options to support their self-care. This encompasses patients interested in Integrative Care, and also anyone interested in improving their health.
I have been in professional practice since completing residency in 2013, and continue to add to my practice, through additional trainings in healing, psychotherapy, and integrative medical treatments.
I completed undergraduate training at Duke University, medical school at East Tennessee State University, residency at the University of Virginia, and was a chief resident in my last year. I most recently completed training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
