Difficulties and challenges are an inevitability in the life of every person. Sometimes we are able to more or less smoothly negotiate and overcome these bumps
in the road on our own, at other times we find ourselves stuck or bound up and we need some help sorting it out to get back on track.
Whether the problems are long standing from childhood or a response to current situations there is always hope that greater self awareness will lead to better functioning and more joy in life. Our mind, body, and spirit holistically inform how we understand ourselves and influences our experience of self and others.
