While we are excited to serve your mental health and primary care needs, please be mindful that we judiciously prescribe controlled substances, using state of the art fraud detection services. Additionally we charge a consultation fee of $50 and a medication management visit is $250 per visit. If we are unable to fill your narcotic refill request you will be issued a refund of the medication management fee only.

I never was answered for my appointment and waited and waited. I was never seen !
Initials hidden
Natalie was quick to respond initially and it seemed she would be helpful. When we ran into difficulties getting the medication her response time became longer. I was finally able to find a pharmacy that has the medication and I communicated this to her via email. I have since resent the email and called twice with no response. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
