I am a published writer (both fiction and nonfiction) and also perform as an actor, singer, and improviser. I work with both artists and people who don't
consider themselves artistic, but who want to discover and develop their own creativity. I am also a certified hypnotherapist who can help you manage symptoms of stress and pain, as well as behavioral change (cessation of smoking and nail biting, weight loss, sleep hygiene, etc.). My personal style is warm, friendly and interactive.
I use a combination of talk therapy and hypnotherapy to help clients discover their own answers to the issues that trouble them.
