Dr Ayala is very open to all of my concerns and questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. I have been having some issues with his staff and getting in touch with anyone. For two days straight (week days) I called trying to tell them I needed a different dosage of medicine to no avail. Finally got through on a Monday and asked for him to call me back. Its now Wednesday and I still haven't heard anything but I feel the staff getting shorter and shorter with me. I made an appointment so I can speak with him which was canceled (I selected new patient on zocdoc, totally my fault didn't know that was even an option) and now I'm still waiting to get a correct dosage. Communication seems to be a huge issue. When I first went I told them I was presenting strep symptoms and then had to request to be tested since they didn't test me when I first went in. Overall its great but be prepared to have long wait times, almost no communication, and feel like you need to pull teeth to be seen or even get a call back.
