The interactions with the provider was excellent. He had a very warm manner with my grandfather, made eye contact, listened to him, and let him feel heard which we don't get from many practitioners these days. The management of our appointment was completely unprofessional and very much in need of change. We had an appointment at 10am and was not seen until after 11am because the receptionist at the front 1) did not even "check us in", even though we had signed in 15 minutes prior to our appointment, until I asked her what was the next step as new patients 2) did not have the appropriate forms so made us write on a blank piece of paper 3) allowed 3 people to skip ahead in front of us and then realized that she forgot about us and our appointment. Very inconsiderate, disorganized, and unprofessional. The ladies who helped after this debacle were nice and helpful but it was a very cold introduction to the visit.
