A hello and welcome as soon as I entered office. Nurse was kind and professional. Wait time for Dr. Wass was minimal.
The visit with Dr.Hall was great. He addressed the issues I was having with my back and referred me to a physical therapist; however, my expierence with *trying* to have my blood drawn was awful. I explained to the nurse that I have a fear of needles and in a previous blood draw someone had hit a nerve and sure enough, she goes to draw the blood and boom, hits a nerve and I come flying out of the seat. I am having shooting pains, electric pains and numbness in my hand and arm, still. It was traumatic and I didn’t end up getting my blood drawn after all.
Dr Feygin took alot of time and asked me alot of questions to get to know me and my health history before she examined me. She listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions.
I've known Dr. Ohashi for almost 20 years. He is an excellent physician, knowledgeable, understanding and frank. When my primary care doctor of 30 + years retired a couple of years ago, I asked for Dr. Ohashi to take his place. He listened, made suggestions, and followed through. A+
Tiffany J. Chen,
I thought my visit was positive and encouraging. We discussed my test results and medications and any concerns I have. Dr. Chen is very thorough and caring, and explains everything to me, which I appreciate very much. She's a great listener, and a great doctor!
Dr. Fang was great! She went over my history and was kind.
Super straightforward and friendly. Asked lots of questions and made it really seem like she cared.
Dr and nurse was awesome but one day of the front desk ladies was rude the lady that was at the end
Dr. Butlig was great and I have no complaints about our time together. The visit was quick but covered my concerns and provided a treatment plan. He took enough time to explain etiology of my illness and the purpose of the prescribed medications. The sour note was waiting one full hour past my scheduled appt time before being brought back to the exam room. I arrived to the office prior to my visit time to be able to fill out forms etc. That amount of wait time for a 9:30 am appointment seems extreme. If I return I will be sure to book the first appt of the morning.
I had a great visit with Dr. Bartlett! He is very knowledgeable about restless leg syndrome.
Dr. Morcos is really an amazing doctor and you could tell he really cares deeply for his patients. However I will not be going back which has nothing to do with Dr. Morcos and that is the sad part. First I waited for 2 hours, Dr. Morcos was clearly extremely busy that day and he was sure to explain to me that he had some very serious cases that came in that morning...my case was not so serious and he spent so much time with me I can only imagine he would spend much more time with other more serious cases. But like I said this has nothing to do with Dr. Morcos himself but instead his TERRIBLE staff member. I understand she was also very busy that day but I sat there patiently for 2 hours and when she finally called my name I literally had to run after her to follow her into the exam room where she proceeded to talk so fast I couldn't understand what she was asking me to do and not once said hey thanks for waiting. She spoke to me with her back turned the entire time with the same warmth as a prison guard. When she asked me to undress for the EKG (my first ever) she did not even leave the room so I could have some privacy and when I hadn't undressed properly because she was talking so fast in her directions I was scolded by her. I barely had enough time to put my clothes back on (again in front of her) before she was out the door and asking me to follow her. After my exam Dr. Morcos asked her in front of me to fill my Rx which she clearly acknowledged and asked if I could wait a few hours to pick up (because they were so busy) to which I said no problem. Later that evening (5 hours later) I went to the pharmacy after work where they had no Rx for me. At this point I was feeling SO much worse than i did before I went into the doctor. I left her a message to call me in the morning which never happened so I ended up calling her again to ask her to call in the Rx which se said she would do right away. TWO hours later she called me to ask for the pharmacy information. I didn't see the call because I was working and getting ready to leave town later that afternoon. When I saw the call I was on my way to the pharmacy before i went to the airport. I had to call her AGAIN and this time had to give her the pharmacy information including googling the address and phone number...its a Rite Aid ITS LISTED and Dr. marcos seemed to know exactly which one I was talking about. She also asked me what the medication was called....HOW WOULD I KNOW??? Finally over 24 hours later I was able to get my Rx. Only after realizing that she had given the Pharmacy my wrong phone number (which she called earlier) wrong address and spelled my name incorrectly which was a whole new ordeal. To be Candid I went in for anxiety and this experience literally sent me over the edge. It is one thing to be busy at your job but when you decide to be in health care and have no warmth or competence you are in the wrong industry. I would have had better luck at a free clinic. I am saddened that I will have to find a new doctor now because Dr. Morcos is really incredible but I just can't risk another experience like that.
Dr Mohan instantly made me feel comfortable with her caring demeanor. She made sure to address any concerns of mine before going into our routine visit.
The office was surprisingly clean, updated, and nice; I found parking on a side street right nearby. The women behind the counter were very helpful in getting me the paperwork, and getting me started. The nurse that took my weight, history, and checked me in (she also took my blood later) was extremely nice and friendly. I only wish Dr. Martinson had been half as friendly. I'm extremely nervous during annual exams and PAPs because I've never been able to get comfortable with a doctor (constantly moving) and they're very painful for me. Dr. Martinson asked standard questions, talked about my history/method of contraceptives, and we started the exam. She did use a smaller speculum when I told her that the standard one hurt too much, but she wasn't nice or patient about it. She was very brusque and more interested in getting the exam over with than making sure I was comfortable. I guess she did her job, and that's all I can ask her to do. But she was also very curt with me about getting my prescription renewed (it was, admittedly, my fault I forgot the package) and warned me to call the nurses with it ASAP because she wasn't going to be in the office for more than another hour or two. She was about 30-40 minutes late to my appointment (I was sitting in the un-airconditioned exam room in those flimsy paper things waiting.... and waiting), too. So I guess really make sure you're on time for your appointment! The nurses and atmosphere alone are worth going here, but Dr. Martinson didn't really seem to care about me as a patient. She just wanted to get in and get out. BE WARNED. This office also changed my appointment without calling me to confirm it or ask! I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and the next morning I had an email saying that my appointment time had been changed. The people at ZocDoc were very nice about it, but it wasn't their fault. The nurse (Vanessa) also made my follow-up appointment without first asking what date/time worked for me. I have a really flexible schedule so it didn't matter either time. Just be wary of that!
