Extremely personable and professional Doctor. He is friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. If only every Doctor could take a leaf out of his book.
My appointment for a physical took 2 hours. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and 'New Patient Appointment' and put in the notes that I am booking the appointment to schedule my annual physical. The doctor's office had my appointment in as a 'Sick' appointment, thus not allotting sufficient time for a physical. The associate at the front desk told me that they had double booked that morning. The staff at the doctor's office has the intention of providing quality health services, but they came across being very unorganized and unprofessional.
Loved the people, but too long a wait
Dr. Macaulay gave me a very fair and effective treatment. His method and approach isn't what I'd call a standard one but he ultimately arrived at a solution to what I was hoping to remedy. I went for a fairly serious condition and while he didn't provide a long term solution (I really wasn't looking for one ... just a strategy and intermediate fix), he provide me with immediate help. I think that he genuinely looks to do what's best for people and that should mean a lot to folks.

The doctor was fine. But the office was terrible. They’re incompetent and I was unable to get my medicine despite the doctor agreeing I need to start it right away.

Everyone in this office was friendly and Knowledgeable and seemed concerned about my well being.
Always engages in pleasant conversation, gives proactive advice on how to improve your health, and spends an adequate amount of time with you. The waiting room was recently renovated and the staff are kind.
Dr. Ostrowski was very friendly, conversational, and efficient. I have a follow-up next week and would of course recommend him! The office is in an easy to get to and nice charming building/office. He refilled my prescription easily and even made some other recommendations without me feeling like I was being "pitched" to.
Entire thing took 1.5 hours - not ideal when you have a workday ahead of you. Doctor was great though, and explained everything super well.
