I saw Dr. Macaulay as a new patient back in September. It had been over a year since I had a comprehensive physical exam and lab work. I also have hypothyroidism and had to have the levels checked. The employee at the front desk told me that I probably would not be able to get the physical exam and "might" be able to have the lab work done... ???? I asked her what she meant my 'MIGHT" and she replied that I could not get the physical but would probably get the lab work. When I booked the appointment I made it very clear that I was a new patient, which obviously implied that I needed a check up. I finally saw the doctor and although he seemed to be a bit overbooked, the lab work was done, he was very thorough and professional. He talked to me about factors that contributed to my high blood pressure and weight gain. He told me about the misconceptions surrounding some foods that are supposed to be "good for us", etc. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit. He personally called me 2 weeks later and a left a voicemail message regarding my lab results.

Long wait. People at front desk were nice. Doctor was awkward and came in to introduce herself and ask the same questions that the nurse did. Was pretty pointless for the doctor to come by at all.

Justin has a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable as well! He answered all the questions I had. The only issue I have with this office (not Justin, though, because he's great) is that it always takes forever. Each time I've visited (about 3 times thus far), I've had to wait at least 30-45 minutes, even though I had an appointment. I check-in and then end up wondering if they have forgotten about me. That's how long it takes. Not sure what the hold up is, maybe they're busy all the time. That's my only complaint.

Dr. Gouzoulis was very personable and attentive during the appointment. I felt heard and cared for. The front desk and nurse were nice as well. I didn’t have to wait. I had a 3:30 appointment. I would recommend this doctor.

Dr. Patel was excellent and thorough. She obtained my medical history through friendly conversation during the visit and listened to all the concerns I had. Dr. Patel also followed-up quickly to inform me of my lab results. However, the front desk personnel were not as friendly, especially when I called back with an inquiry. I understand that they're busy with all aspects of their positions, but it's unfortunate that they're unprofessional at times. It's in contrast to Dr. Patel's professionalism.
