I went for my annual physical and as a first time patient. Dr. Leventhal took the time to go over all of my questions and gave very straightforward answers and explanations for the various tests.
Doctors are good, but the staff there is extremely unhelpful. My prescription that I had been taking for 5 years suddenly required doctor authorization (which requires the doctor to make ONE phone call), and it's now taking over a week to get the problem sorted out. When I finally got a staff member to pick up the phone, after days of trying email and Klara, that person just took my request and threw it out, evidently. Then the next day they tell me they had called the insurance company "but they didn't get back to [them] yet." Sooo they just stopped trying apparently. I had to call the insurance company myself and get all the information then relay it to them. The problem is still not resolved as of now. I'm getting a new doctor immediately because I've never felt so helpless with my own medical information.

Dr. Macaulay does his job in a professional manner albeit he appears too formal and stiff which can sometimes make some patients uncomfortable. It would help if he loosens up a little bit and be more cordial.

Long wait. People at front desk were nice. Doctor was awkward and came in to introduce herself and ask the same questions that the nurse did. Was pretty pointless for the doctor to come by at all.
Dr. Zbarsky is an excellent doctor. His staff is quick, efficient, and welcoming. During my appointments, he is extremely thorough and thoughtful, taking all of my complaints and symptoms seriously. He also takes the time to explain his diagnosis and answer my questions. On top of that, Dr. Zbarsky is personable. He is the utmost professional, but puts me at ease and makes sure I know what to do to maintain my health. I have seen Dr. Zbarsky for about 4 years as my GP, and could not recommend him more.

The visit itself was great but for some reason the front desk said they didn’t have my appointment despite Zoc Doc confirming it. I think with the transitions, something is getting lost up there as the front desk seems less efficient (and less friendly) than before. My time with my actual appointment went very well.
He is great, asks a lot of questions, very kind and attentive. Waiting time is not great- even in between checks.. you may not get done in the time you think... plan at least extra hour ~
