Dr. Levine was so kind and sweet. I am always nervous when I go to the doctor and I’ve been searching for one that is comforting and takes their time for a while. I can say I have finally found my PCP. The office is so nice, so clean and I really feel like I’m being cared for. It’s really nice to be able to text one on one when something happens also. I really appreciate both Ryan and Dr. Levine for their help. I highly recommend Goals Healthcare.

My appointment for a physical took 2 hours. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and 'New Patient Appointment' and put in the notes that I am booking the appointment to schedule my annual physical. The doctor's office had my appointment in as a 'Sick' appointment, thus not allotting sufficient time for a physical. The associate at the front desk told me that they had double booked that morning. The staff at the doctor's office has the intention of providing quality health services, but they came across being very unorganized and unprofessional.

I found Dr. Shapiro on Zocdoc on very short notice (same day), and for such a 'cold call' visit, I found that he was fabulous. He was clearly completely qualified, but also attentive, interested, and reassuring ... as any new patient might hope a doctor would be. I feel happy and confident about continuing to consult this doctor.

My initial visit with Dr. Kreps was great! She was friendly and caring. She took time to do a thorough review of my health history and address several concerns I had. She suggested both clinical solutions (bloodwork for updating my rx) and lifestyle changes (biofeedback and mindfulness practices) to address some of my long-standing conditions. Her personal approach made me feel comfortable and confident in her care.

Dr. Amarnani and his staff were great! Scheduled an appointment for my annual physical and he was extremely thorough and patient with concerns I had. I made an appointment for my lunch hour and they managed to complete the exam in that time then scheduled my return visit for labs. Overall a really great medical office.

I had been waiting probably 2 months or more for these guys to call me about an insurance approval for a technical test. Turns out that this office completely forgot about me so never called me to let me know the approval went through. Had I not made this appointment for a flu shot they would never have called me for this technical test. So when I got there they did the technical test but never read the ZocDoc notes which stated my reason for this appointment...a flu shot. I had to tell the reception girls that I needed a flu shot -since none of them bothered to read the ZocDoc notes. Regardless, this is a very warm environment (but they need to do something about the lighting...it's pretty dark in this office).
