I was seen by Dr. Bedford and his assistant Meredith who were both great. Great bedside manner, well informed and explained everything clearly, didn't make me feel rushed. Answered all my questions and laid out plans of treatments/options if the current treatment wasn't working. Worlds different from my previous Dr. who basically told me there was very little they could do for my knee, that it was in terrible condition and but I was too young to have a knee replacement so there were only two treatments they could try and if they didn't work then I would just have to live with the pain until I could get a replacement.
