I had a great experience with Dr. Chattoo. I had some stomach issues and he was able to diagnose me right away. I would suggest keeping a food journal before you go. He took one look and knew right away I was lactose intolerant!
Dr. Eng is always helpful, he tries to find the solutions always. However his front desk is nasty. There was a new girl training and the girl sitting beside her (training the new girl) with long hair was so rude to me. I was trying to get info collected for a form. Instead of saying "can you please take a seat" she abruptly grabbed form, threw the pen and handed it back to me and said "can you please sit down and fill out the insurance forms." A complete hinder to healthcare. She proceeded to laugh with the others as I left. I guess her behavior was humorous to a paying customer.
This was one of the best visits to a doctor's office I ever had. Doctor is very thorough with tests, very nice to you and knows his stuff. Explains clearly the procedures etc...Office is very clean and nicely lit. He also diagnosed me pretty quickly as ultrasound was done on premise. Glad I found him. Going for follow-up soon. AWESOME. Dr. Starpoli was thorough, informative, concerned, and friendly. Perhaps more importantly, he was not rushed, hyperactive, and distracted like so many doctors seemingly need to be these days in order to see all their patients.
