First when I woked in I saw receptionist they were very nice it was three ladies I remember one name was Julie she was lovely smiling and very welcoming, then medical assistance asked me to follow her, professional and know what she was doing. I was impressed by the doctor Marina Neystat because it's hard to understand medical terms as it is she made it sound easy and explain what's wrong with me, also a big thank you for a lady named Olga who did my nerve tests I was terrified to do but she made me feel so comfortable I would always recommend people to come to this office. Wow! Probably the most personable and caring doctor I've ever met. She is a great example of what a doctor should be like. Not only does she knows her stuff, she really want's to help. I needed to do a nerve conducting test, and she even held my hand to support me (I am very sensitive). The office was quite outdated and dirty though, her technical assistant couldn't wait to leave and kept complaining, and her medical assistant didn't know how to spell pistachios or what they even were, which is pretty sad.
