I wish that I had actually seen the Cardiologist, the main reason for scheduling my appointment in the first place, but I cannot complain with the treatment I received from the other staff members.

The appointment went very well. The Nurse Practitioner Maryeth was superb in knowledge, bedside manner, professionalism as was Dr. Mulkay. They reviewed the history, asked questions and actually listened though it was over an hour of wait time, I will follow up with them. I would STRONGLY recommend the front desk staff (check in and check out) get trained on customer service. Their attitude this morning was negative and not polite. A simple good morning, please and thank you are basics in human interaction of which they did not practice. Ladies, if you don't like your job...then please change the job or your attitude.
Dr. Htyte took the time to not only explain what his recommendations were by WHY he was recommending the course of action. I actually felt as thought I was part of the health care process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

What a wonderful experience! The staff was very knowledgeable,courteous, and kind. Not to mention Dr. Segel superseded my expectations. His Nurse Practitioner Christie also is extremely smart and very professional. All in all, a great experience.

Dr. Krauss and his staff were excellent across the board: communicative, clear, and caring. Dr. Krauss was thorough and thoughtful in his questions and examination. He explained to me his reasoning behind my follow ups instructions, gave me many opportunities to clarify his explanations, and took every action he could to make my appointment efficient but also thorough. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail and would certainly recommend him to others.
Excellent visit from the time I checked in to the time I was given EKG and stress tests, talking with the nurses and the technicians and to the time Dr. Welch gave me his diagnosis. Dr. Welch and his staff are very professional and caring for the patients. I highly recommend Dr. Welch
