The appointment went very well. The Nurse Practitioner Maryeth was superb in knowledge, bedside manner, professionalism as was Dr. Mulkay. They reviewed the history, asked questions and actually listened though it was over an hour of wait time, I will follow up with them. I would STRONGLY recommend the front desk staff (check in and check out) get trained on customer service. Their attitude this morning was negative and not polite. A simple good morning, please and thank you are basics in human interaction of which they did not practice.
