My appt was in the afternoon - came in early because I knew there’d be paperwork. I waited 25-30 min (after my appt time) in the waiting room before being called back to an exam room, where I waited an additional 10-15 min. I unfortunately tore my left bicep recently. Immediatly ,I knew something was off. No one would take me serious. I did some research and found Dr. Patel and booked an appointment asap. And was able to get a surgery date within the following week. His office even provided a pick up and drop off service. He took the time to explain everything bfrom beginning to end in a very caring and professional manner. His staff are also very professional and attentive.
