I found Dr. Ky to be smart, agreeable , and calming. I was a bundle of nerves with a million questions . Dr. Ky and her staff took their time to answer all of our questions & concerns .

Dr. Mohajer's office featured zero wait time (it was early in the morning) which I greatly appreciated. He was obviously knowledgeable about my condition and recommended another doctor who was a well-known specialist more suited to my care. No complaints so far!

Sure, Dr Chan's bedside manner isn't super warm & cozy up front - she is pretty to the point. But you can also tell she genuinely THINKS about what's bothering you and how she can help. She is efficient and asks lots of questions. If you give her a chance, she kinda grows on you. Her staff are quite sweet people. Nothing at this practice is hugely tech advanced or anything, but it's clean and comfy.
He is a excellent professional and very kind make you feel very confident and comfortable.

Dr. Castro is the best. I changed primary care physicians a lot over the past three years because I changed jobs a lot. The moment I got back near union square with my current insurance, I called Dr. Castro. He hadn’t seen me for over a year but remembered me. He’s very friendly, very practical, and extremely attentive. He’s also dedicated to doing his job well. No doctor spends as much time with me explaining things as he does. He truly wants the best for his patients and he’s honest in his feedback and advice.

The doctor was great. She was very nice and helpful and answered my many questions. I waited so long though and the office charged me more than I think was necessary for my PCP visit. The office staff at one point after I had already given my initial form, said "are you being helped?" like she didn't know that I had been there and given one form already.
