Dr. Chynn didn't actually exam my eyes; and didn't feel it was necessary to dig up my chart so I was annoyed I had to fill out new patient forms and try to remember everything about my procedure; This review is for one of his assistant doctors. She was very thorough and made me feel comfortable.
I had to shift the time of my appointment and they were very flexible. I was seen right away, and even though it seemed like they were managing multiple patients at once, everything went very quickly and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of care and the knowledge and approach of the doctor and his assistants. Would definitely recommend!
The physician's assistant I saw was extremely helpful, and had great bedside manner - I am extremely nervous about things near my eyes and he made me feel very comfortable. The rest of the staff was kind, although one of the receptionists kept making little mistakes and was extremely combative when the other receptionist tried to help her. As a patient, that was a little disconcerting, although hardly relevant to the care I received once I was in office.
Excellent communications skills I felt. I had had some previous work with a different provider outside of USA, and I liked that Dr Biro was very admiring of the previous work. I felt this showed honesty and open-ness. I felt no pressure to undergo any procedures, quite the opposite in fact. I was very happy with my visit.

Dr Yong is a happy and comforting professional. The wait was ridiculous but once she entered the room her energy is bright and cheerful. Which made the visit productive and positive. Highly recommend bug the wait was long.
For the first time in a long time, I felt like I was in good hands for my eye care. I had a procedure for removal of a chelation and I was in and out in no time and healed very well. The follow up was quick but thorough and very professional. I will go back to him.

I scheduled an appointment to see an ophthalmologist and it says on Zocdoc, he is available Monday. They have an optometrist and Dr Russell works there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so I had to come back tomorrow, I saw the optometrist anyway, but will have to come back tomorrow for the main problem in my eye'
