Dr Gupta’s knowledge and diagnostic approach is great. I appreciate his attention to detail and ability to clearly explain his findings in terms all can understand. I may have planned my own appointments too tightly on this day. Although I was seen and xrayed within an hour. But I had to run out the door. Dr. Zacchilli has a really good professional bedside manner. He took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt that he really cares about providing good service to the patient. His PA and the person who deals with insurance was also very knowledgeable and good to work with as well.
