Dr. Rao has some of the best bedside manner I've ever seen from a doctor. He's patient, understanding, and very informative when diagnosing. I went in with a knee issue, and not only did he quickly tell me what was going on, but he even showed me an actual replica of the knee to actually show me what was going on. Dr. Peters herself was fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and efficiently without rushing me. However, the office staff called twice to reschedule my appointment which was a little annoying and then they were extremely disorganized during my appointment, so it took them two hours to get through routine exams for my physical. …read more

Dr. Dann was super caring and thorough thru my diagnosis. He was calm, patient, and I could tell he really knew what he was talking about after I went to him for a second opinion on my issue. Dr. Li was very nice and my problems with this visit was not because of her in any way. In fact, she had it worse than the patients as she was running around from patient to patient that she had not taken any breaks, including lunch for the whole day. Despite having an appointment, I waited 3 hours to be seen. The problem here lies in the fact that there was only one doctor working that day (Dr. Li) but two separate schedules, one for OB and one for GYN. Please tell me how one doctor can be in 2 exam rooms at once? Not to mention that this office does not respect and honor appointments at all. If 10 people just so happens to walk in right before your appointment time, they will be seen before you. Something is majorly wrong with the way this office works and I should know since I work at a medical office.
