I think everything about the office was okay except that they don't take credit cards. This was quite annoying because I didn't bring enough cash with me to pay for an H-Pilori test (which I didn't realize ahead of time would require any upfront payment). This led to me wasting a lot of time trying to convince the reception staff that I will actually pay them and that they really shouldn't make me come back with cash later. My experience with Dr. Tsynman was fantastic. I didn’t have to wait long to see him and he showed real concern. He’s very sweet. He asked all the necessary questions and then listened to what I had to say about all of my symptoms. You might feel like he’s moving along super fast, but I honestly think that it’s because he talks just as fast as he types.
