To be honest, I was a little nervous because I'm seeing the doctor for the first time and didn't know what to expect. I had a bad experience a year ago when I was seeking treatments for my shoulder in another clinic. The doctor was cold and has no personality; I hated it and couldn't wait to leave. However, Dr. Grossman was different. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. He didn't rush the treatment for my condition without getting a clear picture of my knee. Dr..Peters is very nice and knowledgeable. However the organization and communication in this office is abysmal! Absolutely horrible, they pick up the phone one out of every three calls, when they do they are always rushed and don't seem to want to hear what you have to say. During a regular five minute call to book an appointment or ask a question I was put on hold two or three times. Once you arrive staff is very nice, but again the communication is severely lacking. On multiple occasions receptionist left voicemails with my private test results on my cell phone which is very unprofessional, not to mention nerve wracking. …read more
