My complaint is mainly with the what a person must do to get an appointment - In my case, Elkton Hospital ER gave me instructions to see the doctor after an auto accident. The app't procedure is only through the internet, causing it to be extremely frustrating! I am 89,The accident was 9 days ago, but he is in Elkton 1 day/wk! Saw him 8/23/18. Office atmosphere appeared void of empathy, warmth and caring. No magazines or other literature, no wall hangings or room decoration, no soft music or TV. I was given a script for P.T. and have made an app't at ATI Physical Therapy, Elkton
Very personable physician who listens to your concerns before devising a plan of action. Explained his thought process and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. I felt informed leaving the office. In addition, his front desk and ancillary staff were super efficient. Highly recommend him.
Great experience. Dr Petruccelli was nice and thorough. Nurses and office staff were excellent. They were able to take me on short notice (same day appointment). My only quibble is that the ZocDoc patient forms do not transfer to their office computer system, so I had to fill out all the forms all over again in the office. But it's all done electronically on an iPad, so no big deal I guess.
Dr Evans is kind and gentle in his approach. He offers alternatives if he does not feel that the [problem is not in his area.
