Really efficient and thorough staff. Doc and nurses were lovely. The actual visit was quick but they were very busy so there was some wait time.
I wouldn't know didn't meet the doctor on the initialvisit met with the PA which was brief. Spent more time wwith the assistance doing my ekg which was very pleasant.
Listened and got on with things quickly. Dealt with multiple issues well and everyone was helpful and efficient.
Dr Peters is very knowledgeable but seems timid sometimes and I don't always trust her diagnosis as she seems young and not always assertive with her thoughts. For the most part she seems knowledgeable but the associates in the office who you meet with beforehand to take your vitals, and the front desk staff seem very unorganized every time I'm there. I've been multiple times and they seem to have gotten worse over the past 3 years. The main issue is that I feel like Dr Peters is administering to many tests (i.e blood work, EKG, ultra-sound) and not asking enough investigative questions to really get to the bottom of the issue.

Great visit! Victoria was super friendly and was very welcoming. As a new patient, I met one of the founding doctors. New location is super nice too. Fits the vibe of the specialty.

Thorough examination and friendly helpful staff.
This office is in Brooklyn Chinatown, so I was a little worried there would be a language barrier, but Dr. Wu's English is perfect. He was a very good listener, asked a lot of questions and was very helpful. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The doctor himself was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. So were most of the assistants and staff, however there were a few that did not always seem to know what they were doing - including one who was reading test results and one of the lab assistants. Everything turned out fine in the end but it did not inspire a lot of confidence at the time. Overall a good experience and relatively smooth. The digital check in was definitely an improvement over paper forms and everyone was very kind.
It was good.
Great bedside manner, she took the time to listen to what i said and explained to me what she was thinking. I appreciated that she did not just knee-jerk throw antibiotics at me like so many doctors do.
