I was having a hard time scheduling my appointments with my gyn so I decided to look for another GYN. I was really looking for someone who would take the time to talk to me. My former GYN was very good but his practice became so big that I had seen his physician assistant for my last two annual exams. I wanted a little more one on one time with my doctor and Dr. Kaplan was great. He is the first GYN I have ever gone too that introduced himself and had a small discussion about my concerns before having me disrobed and in the exam room. Dr. Jha is very friendly and makes you feel entirely at ease. She's very attentive to any issues you'd like to discuss and lays out all your options while being honest about the pros and cons. I visited Dr. Goltyapina’s office for a yearly exam after my previous gynecologist suddenly closed. I had an overall great experience with Dr. Goltyapina. The wait wasn’t long at all, I filled out my paperwork prior to coming in, so that helped. The receptionist (didn’t get to grab her name) was an absolute pleasure and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes after going over some of my general concerns regarding birth control. Dr. Goltyapina was thorough and answer all my questions, never made me feel as if she was in a hurry and received my lab results quickly. Dr. Lee is by far the most caring, compassionate, patient, genuine physicians. This is unfortunately very rare to find in Manhattan in the time we live in where everything is so fast-paced and doctors tend to rush patients out of their office. Dr. Lee never makes anyone feel rushed, he takes time to ask you if you remembered all of the questions you may have. His fertility protocol is top-notch and simple and works very effectively. many of his patients have gotten pregnant with Dr. Lee with a simple approach after several failed treatments at Reproductive Endocrinologists. I love how Dr. Lee is also familiar with herbal products such as Vitex, and foods such as goji berries and how they impact fertility. He is so knowledgeable, forward-thinking, supportive and just an all around incredible Dr. I look forward to seeing him before all my visits. Once I get to see the doctor she is great. However the wait time is very long, and after I came in for my annual Check up to renew my prescription, the doctor made a mistake and didn't request enough - and then made me come in 3 months later for an entirely new "annual" checkup in order to get my meds for the rest of the year - charging me at full and making me wait another hour...
