I was having hard time falling asleep since over two months, sleeping 4 hours per night only. Dr. Halpern has a lovely office with a friendly staff. I was well informed about my upcoming appointment and Dr. Halpern was very thorough during my visit. She really took the time to listen to my challenges, understand my specific needs and explain them in a way that I could understand. My next steps were very clear and reasonable. She also gave me great options that fit what I was comfortable with. As of now, I would recommend her to anyone! Dr Micic was very welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. She took the time and did a thorough medical history for my child and family and recommended further testing. She did not judge my child. She made my child feel very comfortable and I appreciate that. The only complaint is her front desk staff , they were not welcoming, as a new patient they did not smile, I saw one on the internet shopping and over heard them talking about another employee, so they just need a little front desk etiquette. He was very attentive, did not rush and took the time to ask detail questions. The only down side is the exam he recommended needs insurance approval. So I wasn’t able to get full work up and have to return for test when insurance approves. That was annoying. …read more
