Doctor is excellent, very professional and efficient. Staff are also very helpful and clear in what they are doing, everything is bilingual in english and mandarin. However, as others have noted, the wait time is unacceptable. I arrived 10mins before my appointment time and was told it would be an hour until I was seen, when I asked why the wait given I had an appointment I was told simply there is people who arrived before me.
