Dr. Kini really listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable.
She is very professional and easy to get along with. She sent me a few referrals right away so that I could get more targeted help.
He was very kind, helpful, and asked me so many questions during my physical and really wanted to make sure I was taking ownership of my medical care and making sure we didn’t leave anything out. He was thorough, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say - as we say in my classroom, he was an active listener. His staff was very kind and funny! The phlebotomist was very gentle and very kind, and kept me distracted with good conversation. Nurse was kind, helpful and a great conversationalist as well. Definitely recommend Dr. Harboe-Schmidt and am making him my primary care doctor.
Good doctor but the waiting time is frustrating. If I made them wait as long as I waited they would mark me absent and still charge me.
i liked making an appointment on internet. for Yaffe Ruden, the PA's names are not on the website, so i could not able to make an appt w/a PA, as the telephone recording on the doctors' tel. number promised.
