Doctors are good, but the staff there is extremely unhelpful. My prescription that I had been taking for 5 years suddenly required doctor authorization (which requires the doctor to make ONE phone call), and it's now taking over a week to get the problem sorted out. When I finally got a staff member to pick up the phone, after days of trying email and Klara, that person just took my request and threw it out, evidently. Then the next day they tell me they had called the insurance company "but they didn't get back to [them] yet." Sooo they just stopped trying apparently. I had to call the insurance company myself and get all the information then relay it to them. The problem is still not resolved as of now. I'm getting a new doctor immediately because I've never felt so helpless with my own medical information. …read more

Dr. Nikrouz is absolutely wonderful. After going to two Internist doctors and not getting much help at all (not to mention two different diagnoses), Dr. Nikrouz finally confirmed my problem and gave me a very detailed, effective plan to improve my symptoms. He is very empathetic, competent, genuinely caring and kind. It is extremely hard to find an excellent doctor like him anywhere and I have no hesitation traveling to him even though I live in upstate New York. He is dedicated to all his Patients..Working in a medical field, hospital and clinic setting, i know, how it is to run a practice and never experience any issues with Dr Nikrouz or his office.. The nurses are also very kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend his office to anyone suffering from Allergies, Hives and Rashes as well, as Joint pains.
