Then I had my visit with Dr Peters- only took a few minutes, didn't say much but I was there just for a routine physical. Then went upstairs to do bloodwork. Overall, pretty efficient and quick service.

Dr. Kini and her medical team are amazing. But the front desk staff could do better being more attentive to the check in process. Though I arrived 15 minutes early, I was checked in to see the doctor’s medical team half hour late. Also, despite informing the receptionist that I had already filled out forms on ZocDoc, I was told their system hadn’t been configured to merge with ZocDoc yet so I had to fill out the forms again.

The experience of this visit was exceptional, I forgot I was at a "doctors office". From the moment I walked in to when I left. Dr. Erbay was very sincere, thorough and informative, ready to answer questions and deal with concerns. The receptionists were very friendly, asking what we wanted to watch while we waited, offering water, tea, coffee. The check in process was easy, no paperwork because they have these kiosks that glide you through the process. The MA was super nice, she did my EKG and blood work was OK..I am scared of needles but it was surprisingly easy with her. Dr. Erbay, he was amazing! He is so nice, highly intelligent. I took his advice and did some of my own research on it and turned out he had a great solution to help my problems. He was fast and accurate with great bedside manor . I definitely recommend the visit with Dr. Erbay, you wont regret it!
