My appointment was at 10 am and it’s 11:50 and I haven’t been helped , I had to stop someone and ask them why is other people that came after me being helped first. I been waiting for two hours and still have to keep waiting to be helped by a doctor this is unprofessional. How can other people that came after me can be helped makes me feel like they don’t appreciate my time

The Bed-Stuy office is very cluttered and feels more like a basement apartment than a medical office. I was too nervous to have blood work done there when I saw the unorganized test tubes in the hall. Dr P and the nurse that saw me were both very pleasant and took my family health record and concerns very seriously, which other doctors have brushed off in the past. I felt my exam was thorough and they were understanding of my limited insurance coverage. I'd see Dr P again, but probably in his other office
My physical was a great experience! Dr. Kreps made me feel extremely comfortable opening up about my concerns. She was thorough & detailed in explaining and educating me on how everything is connected. She gave me wonderful advice and was not eager to write me a prescreption and send me on my way, which I appreciate. Functional medicine is the way to go. Thank you, Dr. Kreps.
Dr Moussa was very attentive to what I had to say and was eager to help, whereas other doctors I have seen elsewhere rush and make you feel guilty for being sick.
