Overall well. Was there just under 2 hours by the time I saw the doctor and had some tests now so time could have been improved a bit. Great bedside manner though and nurses/receptionists were super personable, helpful and welcoming
Dr. Pineles showed great patient care. He listened actively and it is experienced. Also, I didn’t know I had so many allergies until he ran the allergy tests, which may have contributed to my symptoms. If you prefer OG doctors, he’s the one to go. The receptionist/medical assistant is also friendly and compassionate.
Dr. Bowen is a complete, knowledgeable professional. He explains everything so the patient can understand.
I was hesitant at first beause I received an email that my appointment would not be with Dr. Tangirala and I received multiple phone calls that I would need to change my appointment (even though I had already agreed to come in earlier after the first phone call). However, when I got there everyone was polite, and the PA I met with (Sara Leso) was very helpful and concise. I definitely plan on going back.
I think it was great he knew what he was talking about and knew what he was doing also took his time and didn't rush.
Really efficient and thorough staff. Doc and nurses were lovely. The actual visit was quick but they were very busy so there was some wait time.

It was okay. Everyone did their job well. Just could use a bit more direction in between doing vitals, seeing the doctor, and then check out processing

Dr Moussa was very attentive to what I had to say and was eager to help, whereas other doctors I have seen elsewhere rush and make you feel guilty for being sick.
