Dr. Chan was very welcoming, very professional, very efficient, And he addressed my problem directly and expediently. It was all that Anyone could want from a doctor visit.

Dr. Le was easy to talk to, listened to my issues and concerns and spent plenty of time with me to answer any questions I had. I filled out my paperwork in advance on Zocdoc and I pretty much walked right in to see her within 2 minutes of walking into the office. I will continue to see her, and I recommend anyone in SoHo needing an ENT to end their search here!

I've been seeing Dr. Dahl for several years and she's terrific! Great bedside manner, explains everything thoroughly and she is warm and personable. Very professional and works quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

The waiting area was loud, chaotic. When the dust finally settled, I waited for over an hour... 1 hour and 25 minutes to be exact...to be seen by Dr. Levin. I asked twice if the front desk can give me an ETA and each time they said I am next. At the 1 hour 20 minute mark, I had enough and asked the front desk for a refund on my copay because I was going to leave. Finally, the med. tech called me in. Aside from the chaotic waiting area and long wait even though I made an appointment, the doctor seemed to really know what he’s talking about. For that, I will give this place another try.
I met with Dr. Anna instead of Dr. Igor and it went great!
Dr Moussa was very attentive to what I had to say and was eager to help, whereas other doctors I have seen elsewhere rush and make you feel guilty for being sick.
Doctors are good, but the staff there is extremely unhelpful. My prescription that I had been taking for 5 years suddenly required doctor authorization (which requires the doctor to make ONE phone call), and it's now taking over a week to get the problem sorted out. When I finally got a staff member to pick up the phone, after days of trying email and Klara, that person just took my request and threw it out, evidently. Then the next day they tell me they had called the insurance company "but they didn't get back to [them] yet." Sooo they just stopped trying apparently. I had to call the insurance company myself and get all the information then relay it to them. The problem is still not resolved as of now. I'm getting a new doctor immediately because I've never felt so helpless with my own medical information.
